We partner with property owners to create stable, long-term housing solutions while providing consistent communication, structured oversight, and respectful occupancy.

Arenap Living is seeking rental homes that meet the following location and layout preferences to support our independent shared housing program:

Preferred Location

• Homes located near the VA Hospital
  
  

• Homes located downtown or near major hospitals and medical centers
  
  

• Easy access to transportation, healthcare facilities, and essential services
  
  

Ideal Home Features

• Single-level (one-story) homes preferred
  
  

• 3 or more bedrooms
  
  

• Large bedrooms suitable for adult independent residents
  
  

• Standard shared living areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms)
  
  

• Safe, residential neighborhoods
  
  

• Move-in ready or near move-in ready condition
  
  

Homes do not need to be furnished.
