Who Is Eligible?

Arenap Living serves individuals who meet the following general guidelines:

• Veterans and Seniors
  
  

• Able to live independently in a shared housing environment
  
  

• Seeking safe, stable, non-medical housing
  
  

• Willing to follow house rules and community standards
  
  

• Have a verifiable income or benefit (employment, Social Security, SSI/SSDI, VA benefits, or approved assistance)
  
  

Eligibility is determined based on program fit, availability, and housing capacity. Arenap Living does not provide medical or assisted living services.
